What we do

Two engines. One job.

Ten practices, grouped the way they actually work: revenue engines that create demand, and decision engines that make growth compound. Every engagement carries a named owner, a weekly ship cadence, and a dashboard you can read in ninety seconds.

Revenue engines
We build them

Zero to one. We create a market that wants you, then convert it.

Result: Revenue that did not exist before.
01

Full-Stack Launch (0 → 7 figures)

Timeline
6–10 weeks
The problem

You're launching. You need everything. You need it good, and you need it now.

What we do

Brand and logo, stationery, website, CRM, sales infrastructure, first paid + organic campaigns, analytics.

You get
  • Brand identity + guidelines
  • Marketing site (SEO/GEO-ready)
  • CRM + sales pipeline live
  • Launch campaign in-market
02

Fractional CMO

Timeline
3–12 month engagements
The problem

You need marketing leadership without a $350K hire.

What we do

We own the growth number. Sit in your exec meeting. Build the plan. Manage the team and agencies.

You get
  • Weekly exec cadence
  • Growth roadmap + budget
  • Team + vendor management
  • Pipeline dashboard you actually read
04

Lead Generation & Demand

Timeline
90-day sprint, then retained
The problem

Pipeline is spiky. Attribution is a mess. Sales blames marketing.

What we do

Paid, organic, and outbound in one funnel with one dashboard. We build it, run it, and prove it.

You get
  • ICP + messaging refresh
  • Paid + outbound engine live
  • Lifecycle + nurture flows
  • Weekly pipeline report
05

SEO + GEO + AEO

Timeline
90-day sprint, results 3–6 months
The problem

You used to rank on Google. Now you're invisible on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini too.

What we do

Technical SEO, content, schema, and answer-engine optimization so you get cited by both search engines and LLMs.

You get
  • Technical + on-page audit
  • Content + schema program
  • LLM citation strategy
  • Rank + citation dashboard
09

Social Media & Community

Timeline
Ongoing, 3-month minimum
The problem

Your feed looks like a brochure. Nothing gets shared, nothing gets saved, and the algorithm has quietly stopped serving you.

What we do

Full social handling across the platforms that matter for your buyer. Trend-native short-form, creator-style content, community replies, and organic growth. Paid amplification on the same audiences when you want to pour fuel on what's working.

You get
  • Content calendar + monthly shoot plan
  • Short-form video, static, and carousel production
  • Community management + inbound DMs
  • Paid social on top-performing organic (billed direct, no markup)
10

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

Timeline
48-hour to 3-week turnarounds
The problem

Sales asks for a one-pager. Marketing needs a case study. The founder wants a new deck by Friday. Nothing is on-brand, nothing is in one place, and the designer left.

What we do

One studio for every asset that closes deals and raises money. Case studies, one-sheets, brochures, pitch decks, sales enablement kits, landing pages, product marketing narratives, and business stationery. On-brand, on-message, on time.

You get
  • Case studies + customer proof
  • One-sheets, brochures, product explainers
  • Investor and sales pitch decks
  • Sales enablement kits, battle cards, email templates
  • Landing pages, microsites, campaign creative
  • Business stationery + brand collateral
Decision engines
We compound them

Most owners are flying blind on spreadsheets they cannot trust.

Result: Decisions made on evidence, not instinct.
03

Fractional CTO

Timeline
3–12 month engagements
The problem

The business has outgrown its technology. Delivery is slowing, cloud costs are rising, and no senior leader owns the roadmap, architecture, team, and execution.

What we do

Technical leadership across product, platform, data, and AI. We set the roadmap, guide the team, control cost and risk, make critical technology decisions, and keep delivery moving.

You get
  • Architecture + 90-day roadmap
  • Cloud, data + AI audit
  • Hiring plan + interview process
  • Delivery rhythm + executive reporting
06

AI Automations & Agents

Timeline
4–12 weeks per workflow
The problem

You're paying humans to do work software should do.

What we do

Voice agents, inbox agents, workflow bots, and RAG assistants built on your data. We measure the hours and dollars saved.

You get
  • Automation audit + ROI model
  • Agents shipped into production
  • Monitoring + guardrails
  • Monthly savings report
07

Custom Software & Product

Timeline
8–16 weeks per build
The problem

Off-the-shelf software no longer fits, internal workarounds are slowing the team down, and the last development partner left you with delays, technical debt, or an unfinished product.

What we do

Design and build the customer product, internal platform, or critical integration from scope to launch. We combine product thinking with disciplined engineering, clear milestones, and infrastructure built to scale.

You get
  • Scoped MVP + delivery roadmap
  • Production-ready product or internal tool
  • Testing, CI/CD + secure infrastructure
  • Documentation, handoff + support options
08

Data Platforms & Intelligence

Timeline
6–20 weeks
The problem

Teams are working from conflicting numbers, reporting is slow and manual, and the data platform has become too fragile to trust or scale. A migration feels necessary—but risky.

What we do

Build a reliable data foundation that connects your systems, standardizes the numbers, and gives leadership one trusted view of the business. We modernize warehouses, pipelines, models, and reporting—and lead complex cloud migrations without disrupting operations.

You get
  • Modern warehouse + modeling layer
  • Executive dashboards + trusted metrics
  • Data quality, monitoring + lineage
  • Migration plan, execution + validation

Revenue engines without decision engines is guesswork. Decision engines without revenue engines is a dashboard nobody needs. We do both.

How we work

Audit. Plan. Build. Run.

No discovery theatre. We review, show you a strategy you can act on, and start proving numbers early, because runways are short and nobody should wait ninety days for a first signal.

01
Audit

We get inside your numbers, stack and pipeline. Every problem named, fast. No decks.

02
Plan

A strategy you can act on immediately: what moves first, what waits, what it costs.

03
Build

Senior operators build it. Funnel, data, automations, product. Early proof, not a 90-day silence.

04
Run

We run it as your CMO or CTO. Handover, with a maintenance plan, whenever you want it.

We stay as your CMO or CTO for as long as it makes sense. If you want the keys, we hand them over with documentation and a maintenance plan, not a shrug.
Engagement shapes

How long we stay is your call.

Some clients keep us until they hire in-house. Some want two months for a launch, or three for a data migration. Fixed scope, hybrid, or retained, we shape it business by business.

Fixed scope

A launch, a migration, a rebuild. Defined outcome, defined price.

Time-boxed

Two months for a launch, three for a data migration. In, done, out.

Retained

We hold the CMO or CTO seat until you hire in-house, or indefinitely.

Hybrid

Part fixed fee, part tied to the outcome. For when we both want skin in the game.

What we can move

You pick the number. We move it.

Nobody chases all of these at once, and any firm that says otherwise is selling. These are the numbers we are able to move. In your engagement we agree on one or two that matter right now, and those are the ones we report on.

Why now

AI is changing what winning requires.

They cannot afford the hires

A CMO and a CTO cost $600K+ a year, so SMBs hire one mid-level person and never scale past what that person can carry.

Agencies have no skin in the game

They show you traffic, ship the software, and leave. Nobody is accountable for revenue.

Search is being rewritten

Buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity who is best. Most companies are invisible in those answers.

Every board wants an AI plan

Few teams know where to start, so they experiment, burn money, and get nothing while competitors move.

AI collapsed delivery cost

Work that needed ten people now needs two senior operators and agents. That is why a small firm can serve mid-market at senior quality.

Runways are shorter

Budgets are approved quarter by quarter. Proof has to arrive in weeks, not after a year of transformation.

We take a seat in the business, one team that owns the outcome.

What we believe

Four positions we don't negotiate on.

We don't sell leads. We create demand.

A lead is a name. Demand is a market that wants you. We build the second.

We don't sell software. We build decisions.

We turn the data you already have into decisions you can bet on.

We audit first, credited back when you buy.

Take the solution we recommend and the audit fee comes off your first engagement.

Either we cut your cost or we grow your revenue.

There are only two outcomes worth paying for. Every engagement aims at one.

Our success is when you are successful. That's how the contracts are written.

How does a Kynew engagement start?

With an audit. We review your numbers, stack and pipeline and come back with a strategy you can act on straight away. The audit fee is credited toward your first engagement, so if you take the solution, the analysis costs you nothing.

How fast do we see proof?

Weeks, not quarters. We know runways are short, so the plan is sequenced to produce an early, measurable signal, a live lead flow, a working dashboard, a shipped feature, before the bigger build lands.

Do you have to move every metric?

No. We can move growth metrics and engineering metrics, but no business needs all of them at once. We agree on the one or two numbers that matter to you now and report on those.

How long do engagements run?

It depends on the business. Two months for a launch, three for a data migration, or an ongoing CMO or CTO seat until you hire in-house. Fixed, time-boxed, retained or hybrid.

Do you hand things over?

We are built to run it as your CMO or CTO. If you want the keys, we hand over the systems, documentation and training, with a maintenance plan so nothing breaks after we step back.
